StudioTypo sells digital fonts that are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature as downloadable software. Once a font file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
 
2. Free Demo Fonts
To ensure customers are satisfied with their choice before purchase, StudioTypo provides free demo versions of all fonts. These demo fonts allow customers to:

Ensure that the font meets their needs before committing to a purchase.
Differences Between Demo and Pro Fonts:
Demo Fonts: May have a limited character set and are non-embeddable.
Pro Fonts: Include all glyphs and support embedding features as specified by the purchased license.
By purchasing a Pro font, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to evaluate the product through the demo version.
 
3. Why Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not provided for the following reasons:
 
3.1 Digital Product Nature
Fonts sold by StudioTypo are downloadable software products. Once a font is downloaded, it is impossible to verify whether the product has been used, copied, or distributed. This makes returns and refunds impractical.
 
3.2 Free Evaluation
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly test the demo font or use the online preview tool to evaluate the product. By completing a purchase, customers confirm that they are satisfied with the font’s features and functionality.
 
3.3 Compatibility
StudioTypo is not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party software or systems. Customers are expected to test the demo font in their specific environment before purchase.
 
3.4 Expectation Management
- Our warranty does not cover subjective expectations or dissatisfaction regarding the design or aesthetic qualities of the purchased font. 
- The warranty does not cover the expectations or needs in the mind of the buyer.
 
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly evaluate the demo version and ensure the purchased font suits their project requirements.
Customers are advised to read the font license terms and review product specifications before purchase.
 
5. Exceptional Circumstances
The warranty covers only software download errors.
In case the downloadable file is damaged during download, the software is sent to the customer via e-mail.
