This agreement is prepared for commercial license buyers (or demo product users) of this site. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this font. Your use, download, distribution or installation of this copy of this font indicates your acceptance of this agreement.
The type of the product is a font software and it’s been prepared by StudioTypo (Mehmet Abacı).
If you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, please do not use, download, install or distribute this product in any form (demo or commercial)
This product is non-refundable. The free demo version of this product is distributed in the site. Please remember to use test screen or demo fonts before buying. The warranty covers only software download or installation errors. The warranty does not cover the expectations or needs in the mind of the buyer..
"Standart License" Product include single-user license and can only be used by one computer and one person. Product may not be used by more than one company per purchase. And they can not be separated for use on more than one computer. All the products are copyrighted by StudioTypo (Mehmet Abaci).
The products as a whole or any part of any product can not be copied. The fonts can not be edited or changed. (the only exception is that , for a logo or emblem, modifications can be made on the letters but the font files can not be edited)
This product can not be distributed and sold in any way or format except by www.studiotypo.com.
StudioTypo (Mehmet Abacı) shall not be liable for any loss resulting from improper use of the product.
Under no conditions, studiotypo or directors, shareholders, directors, employees, associates or subsidiaries, can be held responsible for direct or indirect criminal or any other damages as a result of any use of the products.
This software and all the available services can only be used for lawful purposes.
StudioTypo (Mehmet Abacı) is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of this software by the end users.
Buyers who do not meet the above terms, agrees to pay a penalty amount decided by the designer.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of local court.
If not purchased directly from StudioTypo or legal reseller, this product is non-commercial.
Any liability of StudioTypo will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price. In addition, in no event shall StudioTypo, or his principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of product.
StudioTypo, loss arising from misuse of the product shall not be liable.
StudioTypo is the owner of the copyright of this software, all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of StudioTypo . All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by StudioTypo. You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works to sell based on this software. You may not make access to software available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this software in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by StudioTypo herein.
StudioTypo reserves the right to change this Terms from time to time at its discretion.
