Welcome to StudioTypo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of our font products. By accessing our website or purchasing any products, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this font. Your use, download, distribution or installation of this copy of this font indicates your acceptance of this agreement. 
If you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, please do not use, download, install or distribute this product in any form (demo or commercial)
 
1.Definitions
“StudioTypo” refers to the website and its owner(s) providing font software and related services.
“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing StudioTypo’s website or purchasing products.
“Font Software” refers to the digital font files and associated software sold or provided by StudioTypo.
 
2. Use of the Website
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm StudioTypo or its users.
 
3. Product Overview
StudioTypo offers digital font software for purchase under three types of licenses: Standard, Extended, and Multi Extended. Each license type includes specific usage rights as detailed on our website.
Free demo fonts are available to help users evaluate products before purchase.
 
3.1 Demo Fonts
Demo fonts are provided free of charge for testing purposes only.
Demo fonts may have limitations, such as missing glyphs and restricted embedding features.
 
3.2 Pro Fonts
Pro fonts include a complete glyph set and embedding capabilities as per the purchased license.
 
4. Licenses
By purchasing a font, you are granted a license to use it under the terms of the selected license type (Standard, Extended, or Multi Extended).
 
 
4.1 License Holder
 
Licenses may be purchased by the end user (the person or company using the font) or a graphic designer/agency creating work for the end user.
If purchased by a designer or agency, the invoice must specify the end user in the notes.
 
4.2 Restrictions
- Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties.
- Redistribution, resale, or modification of the font software is strictly prohibited.
- The products as a whole or any part of any product  can not be copied. The fonts can not be edited or changed. (the only exception is that , for a logo or emblem, modifications  can be made on the letters but the font files can not  be edited)
- This product can not be distributed and sold in any way or format except by www.studiotypo.com.
- StudioTypo shall not be liable for any loss resulting from improper use of the product.
  
4.3 Unlimited Usage
Licenses have no expiration date, print run or viewing limit.
 
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US$, Euro (€), Pound (£) and Lira (₺) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is processed securely through trusted payment gateways. StudioTypo does not store credit card details.
 
6. Return Policy
Fonts are non-refundable due to their nature as downloadable software.
Free demo fonts are provided to ensure users can evaluate the product before purchase.
The warranty covers only software download errors.
In case the downloadable file is damaged during download, the software is sent to the customer via e-mail. Detailed in our Return Policy.
 
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data, such as name, address, email, and phone number, is collected during account registration and purchases.
Credit card information is securely processed by the payment provider and is not stored by StudioTypo.
StudioTypo uses cookies and third-party tools like Matomo (for analytics) and Tawk.to (for live chat), as detailed in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
 
8. Intellectual Property
All fonts and associated materials are the intellectual property of StudioTypo.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the font software but grants the user the right to use it under the terms of the selected license.
If not purchased directly from StudioTypo or legal reseller, this product is non-commercial.
 
 
9. Limitation of Liability
 
StudioTypo is not responsible for:
 
Compatibility issues with third-party software or systems.
Misinterpretations of the product’s features or capabilities.
The warranty does not cover the expectations or needs in the mind of the buyer.
Any liability of StudioTypo will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price. In addition, in no event shall StudioTypo, or his principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of product.
Under no conditions, studiotypo or directors, shareholders, directors, employees, associates or subsidiaries, can be held responsible for direct or indirect criminal or any other damages as a result of any use of the products.
This software and all the available services can only be used for lawful purposes.
StudioTypo (Mehmet Abacı) is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of this software by the end users.
Buyers who do not meet the above terms, agrees to pay a penalty amount decided by the designer.
 
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of local court. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the local court.
 
11. Changes to Terms
StudioTypo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
