Licensing Agreement
Typefaces on this site must be licensed for commercial use. Standard License Products include single-user license and can only be used by one computer and one person. The products can not be used by more than one company per purchase. And they can not be separated for use on more than one computer. All the products are copyrighted by StudioTypo.
All licenses are one-time purchase. Licenses have no time limit and never expires.
STANDARD LICENSE:
With a standart license, you can install this font into your computer’s font folder and use
this font in another applications that contain a fonts menu, such as Mac Pages, Microsoft Word, Corel Draw, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
This usage include design, create and print documents as well as static images (.jpg, .png, .bmp) or curved (embeded) text. Each standard license is valid for single registered user.
EXTENDED LICENSE:
With an extended license, in addition to standard license, includes:
- Digital Ads. (Use the font in digital ads.)
- ePub usage: You can use an e-Pub license to embed the typeface in an electronic publication like an e-Book, Magazine, Newspaper or e-Catalog.
- Web Usage: -Webfont license (woff format) allows you to embed the font into your website and linking it in the CSS. (unlimited pageviews for one domain)
- Physical logo: Can be used for all printed materials such as signboard, stamp, t-shirt, mug etc.
Each extended license is valid for single registered user.
MULTI EXTENDED LICENSE:
With a multi extended license, in addition to extended license, includes:
- App Usage: This license allow to use and embed the font in any platform (ios, android, windows, etc.) to build games or applications. There is no limit to the number of broadcasting this application.
- Server based usage
- Broadcasting - Use the font on broadcasting (Publishing by television,youtube or cinema titling).
- Multi user/device in same company
All licenses are one-time purchase. Licenses have no time limit and never expires.
The products as a whole or any part of any product can not be copied. The fonts can not be edited or changed. (the only exception is that , for a logo or emblem, modifications can be made on the letters but the font files can not be edited)
This product can not be distributed and sold in anyway or format except by www.studiotypo.com.
StudioTypo reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time at its discretion.
